These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website taxreview.stratustaxes.com and related services operated by Stratus Financial Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Stratus Financial Ltd. provides an AI-driven tax review intake tool for freelance professionals and small business owners. The intake conversation provides an estimated S-Corp savings figure based on information you provide, and connects you with a CPA for follow-up consultation. Estimates provided are educational and based on general assumptions; they are not a substitute for personalized tax advice from a qualified professional.

No tax or legal advice

Information provided through the intake tool is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice. Use of the tool does not create a CPA-client relationship. A formal engagement is established only through a separately signed engagement letter following your initial consultation with one of our CPAs.

SMS messaging program

Program name: Stratus Financial Ltd. Tax Review Notifications.
Description: Transactional confirmation messages and optional appointment reminders for users who have opted in through our website intake form at taxreview.stratustaxes.com.

Message frequency: No more than 2 messages per recipient over a 30-day period.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Stratus Financial Ltd. does not charge for SMS messages.

To get help: Reply HELP to any message, or email info@stratustaxes.com.

To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation, and no further messages will be sent.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, Cellcom, C-Spire, and other carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use automated tools to access the Service except as permitted by us.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software on the Service are the property of Stratus Financial Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates provided will match actual outcomes. Tax savings projections are based on general assumptions about expense ratios, reasonable compensation, and IRS regulations; actual results depend on your individual circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratus Financial Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Stratus Financial Ltd. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts of that jurisdiction.
