- Consent records: whether you consented to receive SMS messages, with a timestamp.
- Conversation transcript: the full text of your AI intake conversation, stored for service quality and follow-up purposes.
- Technical information: standard web analytics including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Provide the tax review service you requested.
- Send you a confirmation email or SMS (only with your explicit consent) summarizing your intake.
- Have a CPA follow up with you regarding your tax situation.
- Improve our intake process and AI conversation quality.
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
We do not sell or share your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely for delivering the service you requested.
Service providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our Service. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their function and are contractually bound to protect your data:
- Anthropic — powers the AI conversation. Your messages are processed but not used for training.
- Supabase — stores your information in an encrypted database hosted in the United States.
- Resend — delivers transactional emails on our behalf.
- Twilio — delivers SMS messages on our behalf (only if you opted in).
- Vercel — hosts the website infrastructure.
SMS messaging
We only send SMS messages to users who have explicitly opted in during the intake conversation. SMS messages are limited to: (1) a single confirmation message after intake, and (2) appointment reminders if applicable. Maximum frequency is 2 messages per recipient over a 30-day period.

Mobile information collected for SMS purposes is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services or as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email address below; we will respond within 30 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
